A classic Cali-esque style wine, full of black fruit, raspberries and cocoa, laced with tannin but ultimately bursting with berry character on the finish.

Rosso Italia Blend
A blend of grapes domestic to the Umbria region this wine is matured in inox-thermo control methods.
Tasting notes:
Ruby colour. Aromas and flavors of raspberry chiffon, red cassis, vanilla-honey, and hazelnut creme with a bright, dry-yet-fruity medium body and an easy finish that shows notes of vanilla trifle with graham cracker and plantain with drying, papery tannins. A palate-pleasing Italian red with notes of fresh fruit and creams.

Chardonnay
100% Chardonnay grapes domestic to the Umbria region this wine is matured in inox-thermo control methods.
Tasting notes:
Straw yellow with hints of green. Notes of lily, magnolia, juniper, and linden are followed by ripe fruit and seductive herbaceous aromas. The alcoholic structure and freshness in this wine reward the wine lover with its drinkability and approachability. Its rich finish mirrors its aromas with great balance.
